The proposal responds with three volumes tailored to highly specific architectural programs, unified by shared conditions: the steep slope of the terrain, the pursuit of south-southeast views toward Punta Cometa, and respect for the existing vegetation.
Through an exploration rooted in pure volumes that fragment and leverage the topography, along with the use of durable materials and construction systems suited to the context, we developed an architectural language that is also a response to the site.
All volumes are terraced to adapt to the slope of the terrain. This terracing creates balconies with large windows that open to the southern view, with depths that shield interior spaces from weather elements.
The palapa, or shared public space, is a more open volume with the striking feature of a single solid roof that unifies and shelters all activities on the terrace. The terrace itself is tiered to create different experiences, culminating in a linear pool at the front, completing the panoramic view.
