Project: Estudio Atemporal
Location: Amatlan 148, Condesa, CDMX, México
Area: 450 m2
Year: 2021
The project consists of a set of four townhouses, each organized across three levels and a rooftop terrace. The semi-basement parking level serves as a vestibule for each unit, providing independent entrances and dedicated parking spaces. Inside, the spaces are designed to maximize their footprint, with the public areas located on the first level, extending into patios or balconies depending on the unit type.
On the upper levels, three bedrooms form the private areas, while the top level features a roof garden. This space, enhanced by a pergola, provides an additional area for social gatherings and relaxation.
The materiality and textures create inviting environments, seamlessly integrating the interior and exterior. A lightweight concrete façade, combined with brick, shapes the building’s exterior, creating rhythm and shadows that ensure privacy while connecting subtly with the street.
