Starting with the goal of preserving the formal language of the house for its historical value and harmony with its context, we aim to renovate all interiors to meet the needs of its new residents while aligning with contemporary times.
By carefully selecting valuable elements characteristic of the house’s original era, the design seeks to remove excessive or incongruous additions from past interventions. This approach strengthens and clarifies the architectural language of the house.
The program includes the construction of two additional levels, which, through a contemporary design language, aim to contrast with the house while remaining unobtrusive.
