Project: Estudio Atemporal
Location: Dinamarca 22, Juárez, CDMX, México
Area: 678 m2
Year: 2021
The design of this project is grounded in the maximum use of space without compromising habitability.
As a four-story building on a compact site, the arrangement of every square meter is of utmost importance.
The spatial layout allows activities within each apartment to be clearly separated, with social areas placed along the façade facing the street and the bedrooms oriented toward the interior for greater privacy. Both zones are divided by a circulation space which, when enclosed by a sliding door, enhances acoustic and visual privacy.
Each space responds to the pursuit of optimal conditions in terms of views, ventilation, and natural light, both in public and private areas. Their scale and proportions are efficient while remaining warm and inviting.
