VAYAVAYA is a real estate development in the Riviera Nayarit that seeks to integrate with its surroundings through its pathways, connection to the outdoors, and materiality, becoming an extension of the sea and its activities onto the coast.
The project, comprising 22 apartments, includes various units spread across nine levels to meet the needs of its residents.
With a horseshoe-shaped geometry, the building is designed to promote natural ventilation and light for all units, complemented by continuous vegetation that provides views and privacy for each space.
The apartments, in their various configurations, are designed with the same principles: open terraces as extensions of the public areas, oriented towards the sea and horizon, and private spaces on the opposite side, creating more introspective moments of rest.
